Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Khan’s Gift, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since our products include gifts and items that may be personalized, please read our policy carefully to understand your options regarding cancellation, returns, and refunds.

  1. Order Cancellation
  • Before Processing: You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placement or before it enters the processing stage. Please contact our support team immediately via email or WhatsApp to request a cancellation.
  • After Processing/Dispatch: Once an order has been processed or handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled.
  • Customized/Personalized Items: Orders for customized or custom-printed gifts cannot be canceled once production has started.
  1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept return and refund requests only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.
  • The product received is completely incorrect or differs significantly from what was ordered.
  • You must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-printed gifts.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items missing their original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  1. Return Process

If your item meets the eligibility criteria above:

  • Contact our support team at Khansgiftco@gmail.com or via phone within 48 hours.
  • Provide your order number along with clear photos or a short video showing the damage or error.
  • If approved, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the item from you, or provide instructions for the return.
  1. Refund Processing
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout (online credit/debit card).
  • Please note that it may take 5 to 7 business days (or longer depending on your bank’s policy) for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
  • Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  1. Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team to arrange a replacement.
